Here are some tips for maintaining you young looking skin:
Drinking plenty of water: Staying hydrated will prevent your skin from drying out. Overtime dehydration and dry skin can lead to premature wrinkles, along with other more severe health problems.

  • Eating healthy: Eating the recommended amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables{3-5 servings per-day}and limiting your intake of sugary,fatty-food is part of maintaining a healthy diet: By taking essential nutrients, you can adequately replenish your skin with the nutrients it needs to repair itself and stay healthy.
